2018 Revana 'Rutherford' Cabernet Sauvignon

Only eight barrels are produced from a tiny pocket within the Round Pond Vineyard, a microsite renowned for it’s gravelly soils.

The abundant sun exposure, warm daytime temperatures and only moderate cooling influences, allows Rutherford to yield fruit with a ripe, robust character. Rutherford’s unique alluvial soils add complexity to the flavor. 

These vibrant and diverse soils deposited over millennia by the Napa and Russian rivers as well as the Conn Creek, make Round Pond vineyard a prime producer of Cabernet Sauvignon that embodies a ripe and robust character.
